I love Sahara and i'm so happy i found this place. if you're looking for a delicious dinner to-go, definitely come here and support this business, it's my new go-to neighborhood spot.

Food here is reasonably priced and yummy. I normally stick to the bowls at Sahara's. I've had the chicken tikka bowl before and the cream chop bowl today. I think I do prefer the chicken tikka as it's slightly healthier, but the cream chop is really good too if you like fried cutlet. It comes with rice, salad, and a few slices of pita. I've also had the Sahara salad in the past, and it's really good as well.

The smell as we were walking in said everything! It's located inside a market that sells liquor, cigarettes and snack stuff. We could smell the delicious aroma before we even walked in. Placed an order for pick up and all were AMAZING!

I have been a regular at Sahara in Rancho San Diego for ten years and was thrilled when this location opened in normal heights inside of Heights Market. So convenient having a restaurant and a store in one location. Delicious, fresh, high quality and healthy! Sahara's recipes are top notch and always satisfying!

Delicious Middle Eastern Food! And a great addition to the neighborhood. I've been here a few times and have tried their Chicken Shwarma, Gyro, and Tikka Wraps and each one has been delicious. They are loaded with protein and veggies. I also really like their homemade Tzatziki sauce. They serve it as a bottle if you'd like to take some home.
